These feelings are inevitable in the face of the horrors of this magnitude. You feel frustrated that their personal choices, how to become a vegan, are not sufficient and because the magnitude of the numbers and suffering seems insurmountable. We feel that we can try to make every effort to be useless. With anger and compassion you enter the movement, it starts its own path of personal change and struggle, but unfortunately, the increasing frustration and anger diminishes, and so many end up leaving the field thinking, however, that their efforts have not had anything because we have seen tangible results and immediate.
